As a matter of fact, the salary is comparable to that for engineers in the United States, if the following aspects are taken into account: the taxation system, medical insurance, accommodation, transportation expenses, and cost of living in South Korea. An employee will have a vacation; he or she will not have to work overtime; sick leaves will go for the vacation days. |
